How do you feel? This is all about self trust. If you trust yourself you will feel at ease. If you are worrying it means you do not truly trust yourself and the fact that you are the creator of all of it. That is the simple truth of it all. This goes against everything we have been brought up to believe. We have been brought up to believe that if we are not worrying about a problem then the problem will get bigger and it will not be solved.
We have been brought up to believe that focusing on the problem means that we are being responsible and attending to it's solution. Focusing on the problem makes us feel in control and like we have a grasp on things. Yet what we do not realise is that the laws of attraction work on the basis that focusing on something will bring us more of that thing. So if you are focusing on the problem you are shaping your internal magnet and sending out the signals for more of that feeling/thing/experience.
In truth, to 'take responsibility' for something would be to literally stop focusing on it, thinking about it and giving it any attention at all. Then the solution can manifest. As the problem and solution are not a vibrational match to each other.
It is only possible for the solution to manifest when we are no longer focusing on the problem, as when you completely and fully accept your experience without desiring to change it or wanting to make it something other than it is; that is when automatically you vibrationally shift to what you prefer. As the natural state of our energy is that of expansion.
Like a plant, it is always growing, and if it is not growing it is dying and therefore changing into something else (e.g. soil). So when we are focusing on the problem we are holding ourselves in a negative vibrational state. Yes we are still moving as that is the nature of the universe. Yet we are moving by attracting and interacting and creating more and more negative energy. Perhaps we could see it as growing horizontally. Yet our natural state is to expand in all directions and that also means occupying bigger space, which means occupying more of our source self; occupying more of all that is.
It is important to recognise also that being aware of limiting beliefs or undealt with or unresolved emotions when healing and releasing, causes a feeling of relief which is in itself the indicator of expansion. It is important to be aware of and acknowledge those energies and emotions within ourselves that are out of alignment with our source self/ our expansion, and allow these energies to be released so we may balance back into our natural state of alignment. It is when a person is chronically focusing on the emotion or story around the unresolved emotion that reactivates this energy within them and therefore within their field. This is why some people may look like they just keep circling around and around the same experiences or patterns. That is in fact what they are doing with their chronic focus.
